Enterprise Sales Manager
Hiring in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Atlanta, GA; Metro New York / Fairfield County, CT–Westchester, NY; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Memphis, TN; Seattle, WA
About Client
Client is a well-established IT services and technology consulting company with more than 20 years of experience helping enterprise organizations navigate complex technology challenges and digital transformation. The company serves Fortune 500 clients across a diverse range of industries, providing solutions across cloud and AI-driven modernization, data engineering and analytics, application and digital engineering, enterprise platforms, IT infrastructure and operations, and intelligent automation. With a global delivery presence across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, the company combines technology consulting, implementation, and managed services to help organizations modernize their technology environments, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Summary
This is a high-impact enterprise sales opportunity built around a defined portfolio of marquee national accounts: Charles Schwab, CBRE, CRH, FedEx, GXO Logistics, Ford, US Foods, PepsiCo, UPS, and Costco. The Enterprise Sales Manager will own revenue growth within an assigned subset of these accounts, activating existing relationships to introduce and expand the company's IT services, digital transformation, and managed services offerings. Because success in this role depends on walking in with credibility, active relationships, and account access already in place, current selling relationships and stakeholder connections within these specific companies are essential. This is not a cold-start, territory-building position.
Given the geographic concentration of these accounts' headquarters, the ideal candidate is based in (or actively covers) one of the following markets: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Atlanta, GA; Metro New York / Fairfield County, CT–Westchester, NY; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Memphis, TN; or Seattle, WA. For an experienced IT services sales professional who already has traction in one or more of these accounts, this is a rare opportunity to accelerate revenue quickly, backed by an established global delivery organization extending its footprint into these diversified enterprise relationships.
What We Offer
Base salary of $200,000–$210,000
Performance-based bonus opportunity
Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401(k)

Essential Duties and Requirements
Own and grow IT services revenue within an assigned portfolio of named enterprise accounts, acting as the primary sales point of contact for technology consulting and managed services engagements.
Deepen and expand existing relationships with IT and business executives inside the accounts, broadening the company's footprint across departments and business units.
Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities in areas such as cloud and AI modernization, application and digital engineering, data and analytics, enterprise platforms (ServiceNow/Salesforce), and IT/network managed services.
Build and execute account-specific growth strategies aligned to each client's technology roadmap, business priorities, and budget cycles.
Partner closely with solutioning, delivery, and technical teams to shape proposals, statements of work, and pricing that reflect client needs and win probability.
Lead and manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial opportunity through contract negotiation and close.
Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, vendor management, and approval processes typical of large IT services engagements.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and revenue forecasts, and report regularly on account status, deal progression, and risk.
Represent the company in executive business reviews, account planning sessions, and strategic client meetings.
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating business challenges into technology and services solutions drawn from the company's full portfolio.
Qualifications
Currently and actively selling IT services, technology consulting, digital transformation, or managed services into one or more of the following accounts: Charles Schwab, CBRE, CRH, FedEx, GXO Logistics, Ford, US Foods, PepsiCo, UPS, or Costco — not a comparable or similar account.
Established current relationships with IT and business decision-makers (e.g., CIO, CTO, VP/Director of IT, procurement, and other key stakeholders) within one or more of these named accounts.
A demonstrated, recent track record of generating and closing IT services revenue within the named account(s) — not relationships built several years ago that have since gone dormant.
Based in, or able to actively cover, one of the following markets aligned to the assigned account(s): Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Atlanta, GA; Metro New York / Fairfield County, CT–Westchester, NY; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Memphis, TN; or Seattle, WA.
Substantial experience selling IT services and technology consulting solutions — as distinct from software or SaaS products — to Fortune 500-scale enterprises.
Proven ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, and legal review.
Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate client business objectives into technology and services solutions.
Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
A consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in an enterprise IT services sales environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
