Operations Manager
Build the future of a growing HVAC company. Lead operations, implement ServiceTitan, create scalable systems, work directly with the owner, and earn a path to COO. $110k-$150k + bonus.
About the Company
Our client is a newly acquired residential HVAC company entering an exciting new phase of growth. With approximately $2 million in annual revenue and a team of 13 employees, the company is focused on building the operational foundation needed to scale into a larger, more sophisticated organization. Backed by committed ownership and a long-term vision, they are investing in leadership, systems, and infrastructure to create a highly efficient operation while continuing to deliver exceptional service to their customers.
Job Summary
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in building the operational backbone of the business. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain an existing operation—it is a hands-on opportunity to create one. Reporting directly to the Owner, this leader will design and implement the processes, systems, and workflows that will allow the company to scale efficiently over the coming years.
This individual will oversee everything from job pricing and operational workflows to scheduling, accounting processes, CRM implementation, and field operations. They will lead the rollout and optimization of ServiceTitan (and other business systems), establish best practices for service and installation operations, and build the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned HVAC operations professional who has successfully built out functions before, understands the common pitfalls of growth, and knows how to build processes that create a smooth-running, high-performing organization. As the company grows, this position offers a clear path to Chief Operating Officer (COO) along with increased responsibility and compensation.
