What You'll Do
As a Follow Up Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their property. Your job is to build trust, understand their situation, maintain consistent communication, and determine when they're ready to speak with one of our acquisition specialists.
Success in this role comes from persistence, consistency, and a genuine desire to help people while achieving performance goals.
Responsibilities
Speak with homeowners by phone to understand their goals and timeline
Build strong relationships through consistent and professional follow-up
Maintain regular communication through calls, text messages, and email
Gather property information and accurately document conversations in the CRM
Identify motivated sellers and coordinate handoffs to the acquisitions team
Manage an organized pipeline of leads and follow-up tasks
Meet daily and weekly activity goals
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings
Continuously improve communication skills and sales performance

Sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, retail, or call center experience is a plus—but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
$40,000 base salary
3% uncapped commission
Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$80,000+

Work Location
This is a full-time, in-office position located in St. Augustine, Florida (World Golf Village area), approximately 20 minutes south of Jacksonville.
