Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical and control systems design to lead the development and integration of complex, multi-component solutions. This role is responsible for presales system architecture, component specification, and the creation of detailed technical schematics to support implementation. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of system interactions across hardware and software, with the ability to design, analyze, and optimize reliable, scalable systems. This individual will play a key role in bridging engineering, operations, and customer requirements, while also contributing to process improvements and internal tool development.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Strong experience in electrical or electronic systems design and integration
Proficiency in developing wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
Experience with control systems, embedded systems, or automation technologies
Solid understanding of signal flow, power distribution, and component interoperability
Programming experience for system control or automation
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routers, switches, communication protocols)
Experience supporting presales engineering, solution design, or technical scoping is a plus
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills across hardware and software systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Design and architect integrated systems based on technical requirements and use cases
Specify components, materials, and system configurations to meet performance and reliability goals
Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation
Configure, program, and validate control systems or automation logic where applicable
Analyze and manage interactions between hardware, software, and networked components
Conduct system testing, validation, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide support to internal teams and field operations
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery
Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, configurations, and engineering standards
Contribute to the development of internal tools, automation scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency
