Scrum Master
The position is primarily remote, with the expectation that candidates reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area to attend periodic in-person meetings with clients and team members.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, proactive Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across Salesforce and enterprise modernization initiatives for public sector clients. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience facilitating Agile teams, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality increments in complex, technical environments.
This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside in the DMV area to support occasional in-person client and team engagements.

Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
Demonstrated experience supporting technical and engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification
Experience supporting Salesforce, CRM, or cloud modernization initiatives
Experience working on federal or public sector programs
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach delivery teams on Agile best practices and ensure alignment with client-specific delivery frameworks
Track and report team progress using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management platforms
Identify dependencies, risks, and impediments; proactively recommend and implement mitigation strategies
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized, and well-groomed backlog
Promote transparency through dashboards, burn-down charts, and regular status reporting
Support cross-functional collaboration among developers, architects, analysts, QA, and other stakeholders
Ensure sprint deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria, quality standards, and contract requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and team collaboration
