JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead AV Technician to join an expert team in the residential home automation industry. In this role, you will lead the installation and integration of audio, video, and automation systems in luxury homes, working closely with designers, architects, and other professionals to enhance the overall home experience. Your responsibilities will include the installation of advanced technologies such as home networking, audio/video distribution, and control systems (e.g., Control4, Crestron, Lutron) while ensuring seamless integration with home design. With your technical expertise and leadership, you’ll help deliver innovative solutions that elevate the functionality and aesthetics of each project. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of home automation, contributing to the success of exciting, high-end residential projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Low Voltage Experience
Knowledge of home networking, audio & video distribution, and control systems preferred (May Include: Control4, URC, RTI, Savant, Crestron Home, Lutron Shades or Lighting Systems)
Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to manage dynamic events while staying focused.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
